Day 2: Wednesday, 02 July 2014:
Rocky start, sonic interference, warring doppelgangers!!! Niet, niet!
But… drumroll… I did it!!!!
I managed to squeeze out about an hour from that 25 hour day, and I managed to give myself a series of some specific neck and shoulder exercises. And this is what I discovered today…
Pain… can be good. Like, the pain of giving birth, of the growing body of a child, of learning horse-riding… of getting to know your body all over again, of waking up from deep, still sleep.
On the path to your purpose, pain is good!
