Day 10 of 40!!!

I am going to treat myself to a chocolate, and an early night!
I am loving this…!
I can hear what my body is saying. I can understand its up times and down times… and I am doing my darnedest best to get in sync with it. And I find that it is much easier to align with your body than you would imagine it to be!

So, I shall go to bed really, really early tonight.
