Expand….!!! Starting #40DaysOfSelfLove….

How does it get better than this!!!    (July 1st to August 9th, 2014)

I am joining a whole group of wonderful (obviously!) people in this challenge, again! When I did it the first time around, in 2013, I had a general uplifting process going. This time, I am going to be more specific.
My focus is my health. Particularly, the physicality of my health. I am committing to engage in a routine that will help me enhance health… and showing up for all 40 days!
Whoa…! Is that a big one? Well, it feels like it from here… but knowing the nature of time, from there, at the end of the 40 days, the ‘bigness’ will be of good cheer! I will be sharing my journey through blogging and on Facebook… and so can anybody who wants in!
